How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom shirts and suits usually take about six weeks for us to deliver to you. During holiday periods we ask our clients to allow two extra weeks. Fittings for ready-made suits are made in about two weeks and delivery soon after.

What do you charge for shipping?
Most of our clients’ orders are delivered by hand and by appointment. In the rare case that we send shirts or a pair of pants to a client, we do not charge for delivery.

What if I don't like the way a garment fits?
Before we leave a client’s office we make sure that the client is happy with the fit of a garment or a shirt. It is definitely not unheard of for something to be noticed by the client or a spouse once they get home. In that case, we will be knocking at your door as soon as possible.

If I tear a hole in my suit, what do I do?
We work with some terrific re-weavers in New York and Philadelphia and at a nominal cost we are usually able to make the hole look almost invisible!
