Order Policy
All orders will be processed within two business days. In the event that a fabric or an accessory is backordered, we will contact you with a new estimate of when your fitting/delivery will occur.
Payment
Elegant Consulting accepts Checks and Credit Cards as payment. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. When an order is placed, we take a deposit and then on delivery the balance will be charged.
Interstate Clients
Due to the demand we have from our customers all over the United States, we charge a minimum $2500.00 deposit when they are over 100 miles away from the NY/NJ area.
Most of these clients do wardrobes more then this amount, however the policy exists to cover the air fare and accomodations that we incur if a long distance client is called into court or has another unforseeable occurence that would force him to postpone for another day.
Quality Policy
We strive to do our very best, however, once in a while, a garment will not fit the way the client expects. As soon as you discover any issues, even the smallest thing, please accept our apologies, contact Brad Twersky or any of the Elegant staff, and we will gladly fix it.

All e-mail addresses and personal information collected will never, ever be sold to third parties. Elegant Consulting is committed to keeping all private information confidential. We agree not to share or sell your information. Email addresses and all other information are collected strictly for Elegant Consulting only.
